[23:06] <John_Gosselin> Marvin - you can't send a program like that - you have to check and see where the program came from.  If it is a Zip file or some kind of a single file installation - then all you need to do is create a new e-mail, attach the file and e-Mail it so they can install it on their system - or - better yet - give them the URL where you got it and let them download a fresh copy

[23:08] <John_Gosselin> Danielle - it depends if the icon represents a document that is saved in the desktop folder - or if it's a short cut on the desktop pointing to a document somewhere else.  If he looks at the properties, he should see the storage area and then use that info to attacch the file to an e-Mail
