[22:18] <Mickey_Mixon> A few weeks ago Tim recommended that we go out and interview local merchants and put them on the portal pages

[22:18] <Mickey_Mixon> Sweet & Sassy is a beauty shop of sorts for little girls. The girls go there for birthday party's too.

[22:19] <Mickey_Mixon> My grandaughter turned 6 today, and she invited 10 of her closest 6 and 7 year old fgirl friends to the place for a party.

[22:20] <Mickey_Mixon> What a blast! The all got an up-do, fingernails painted, dressed up in fairy tail princess dresses and had a runway fashion show.

[22:20] <Mickey_Mixon> Mickey took his video camera, per Tim's suggestion, and made video of all the stuff.

[22:21] <Mickey_Mixon> At the end, I went over and introduced myself to the owner, gave her a card and asked if she would like to go out front and do a promo for her shop.

[22:22] <Mickey_Mixon> Come to find out she was an owner/manager, so she can make decisions to advertise too.

[22:22] <Mickey_Mixon> She went outside, took one of her employees, and they welcomed everyone to the store, oenned the doors and welcomed me in.

[22:23] <Mickey_Mixon> I didn't know, but the theme colors for the store were pink and glitter, and they have a pink limo!

[22:23] <Mickey_Mixon> The owner drove the pink limo up front and all the squeally little girls got in and came out the door like they had just arrivved.

[22:24] <Mickey_Mixon> The owner was Jazzed! She went around and told all her employees that they were going to be on the video.

[22:25] <Mickey_Mixon> I gave business cards to the mom's there and others so they will know where to go and watch the video.

[22:25] <Mickey_Mixon> It was truly fantastic!

[22:25] <Mickey_Mixon> And that's my story and I am sticking to it.

[22:31] <Mickey_Mixon> It was fun being around all the excitment of the little girls, but I was so impressed with the owners excitement that the video was being done to run on the portal site. I think she saw the value right away.

[22:32] <Mickey_Mixon> I did ask a couple of moms if it was okay, especially the girls that were not in our group.

[22:33] <Mickey_Mixon> I did mostly generic group/crowd shots.
