[22:29] <John_Gosselin> Tim - as a test - I moved a router to the front of my network and got a different public IP and was able to access my Portal by all 8 of my computers and 3 laptops.  So my computer configurations are not stoping my access to my Portal as previously suggested.  And, it proves that a single IP address is being blocked.  The minute remove the temporary router, and get my old Public IP - I'm blocked again.
